Komplex Health specialises in providing care to ensure you have the support you need to remain in your own home. As part of the Komplex Group, we provide the very best care teams, trained to the highest standards. And we have capacity to efficiently and effectively set up new packages for clients.

If you need care for yourself or a loved one, then we would love to chat to you further about the support we can offer. We pride ourselves on being able to act quickly to put care teams in place, all while ensuring they are fully trained and the right people to look after you.

Our care co-ordinators and management team are on hand to ensure that Komplex Health runs seamlessly, and that any questions you have are answered promptly and fully.

And there’s a staff on call service so, should your care team have any queries, they have always got someone they can contact for a quick response. That means there’s peace of mind for them, and for you.

Bespoke care package

We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Care should be as unique as the person and their individual care needs. That’s why we undertake vigorous assessments to ensure we fully understand the requirements of every new client.

We work with the individual, their loved ones, and their existing healthcare professionals. This ensures we deliver the very best care package every single time.

Tailored training

Just as our care packages are bespoke, so too are the training courses we provide for our teams.

We’re able to do this because we have an industry-leading Komplex Group in-house Training Academy. The Academy is overseen by clinical staff, and condition-specific training is provided. Staff joining the company or starting a new care package all attend training.

And we pride ourselves on ensuring our teams are continuing learning and developing, through a mixture of in-person and e-learning opportunities.

The Komplex family

Being part of the Komplex Group means we’re able to draw on the huge wealth of experience and knowledge across our entire family of companies.

It also means that should you develop more acute health needs, there is no need to transfer your care outside of the Group. Our sister company Komplex Care specialises in complex conditions such as Spinal or Brain Injuries, Huntington’s, Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, and much more.

Domiciliary care

This covers all aspects of personal care such as washing and dressing, and light domestic duties such as preparing food. Also, helping you mobilise around your home, overseeing your medication schedule, and all other elements of care. This means you’re empowering to live as well as possible.

Visits may happen once a day to help with a specific task. Or, if you require more extensive care, then we would design a package which sees one or two carers visiting your home for longer periods during the day or night.

Live-in care

For some people, care is needed round-the-clock to ensure the very best outcomes for them. This is something we are able to provide, meaning you would have a specific care team working on a set schedule to provide 24/7 care in your home.

We understand that live-in care is a big adjustment, especially if you live with family members or have not had that level of support before. So we work with you to ensure we get the right team in place for you.

End of life care

Sadly, sometimes palliative or end of life care has to be put in place. This is naturally a very upsetting time for all involved, so our focus in on ensuring you can stay in your own home with care which ensures your dignity and comfort are paramount.

Enabling you to receive end of life care in your own surroundings is our absolute priority at Komplex Health. We build a package of care which meets your needs at this crucial time.
