Our Group At A Glance
We believe adults with high-level mental health issues, autism, neuro-disabilities or learning disabilities should be supported to live in a home they can call their own, taking an active part in their local community, and working towards their personal goals.
At Komplex Community, we work with specially-selected property partners to ensure that all of our clients have access to an appropriate home for them, alongside an efficient and effective care plan which focuses on their medical, social, communication and all other needs.
The majority of our clients come to us after numerous failed placements elsewhere, and we make it our mission to ensure their surroundings and support match their requirements exactly, so that we become their first ever successful placement.
With the extensive skills and knowledge we have across the health and social care sector, we recognised the need for an external company to support organisations such as ICBs, LAs and nursing homes, to ensure their auditing, training and recruitment were compliant with NMC and NHS England delegated healthcare task regulations, and to improve the quality of care being delivered which in turn prevents hospital admissions.
So, we set up Komplex Direct, the UK’s first ‘full-service’ Clinical Skills Consultancy offering a suite of services. We offer clinical supervision and oversight for direct payment PHBs and we are a third-party PHB provider, with a completely bespoke service which matches the needs of each organisation we support.
Whether it’s a one-off training session; PHB oversight, training and competency sign off; care plans; or an ongoing package of audit and supervision, we are here to help.
Years ago, those with complex health conditions were often faced with lengthy inpatient stays – or substandard care which didn’t meet their needs at all. But thanks to Komplex Care, there’s another option: hospital-standard clinical care in their own home.
Clinical, operational and care staff work across the UK to provide care to those with complicated conditions or multiple diagnoses, ensuring they can reap the benefits of being in their own surroundings with their loved ones, without compromising on the level of care they receive.
And for those who need domiciliary care, companionship, live-in care, or end-of-life support: we’ve got those covered too.
The transition from teen to adult is difficult at the best of times, but for those who have experienced childhood trauma and care leavers, it can be particularly challenging.
That’s why Kudos Support was established: supported living specialists who oversee placements for young people (aged 16+) which help them build the skills they will need for the future. There’s a particular focus on them continuing in education or employment; taking an active role in the community; and learning life skills which will stand them in good stead for adulthood.
By offering safe and nurturing environments and a tailored, holistic approach to supporting young people, we can help them overcome the unique challenges facing them.
